In 2000, Ian Last formed his own plumbing/heating business with a partner in Bury St. Edmunds, England near Cambridge after being self-employed since the age of 18. In March 2007, Ian and his family moved to Canada and shortly thereafter he began operating as “The English Plumber & Gas Installer Inc”.

Unlike other plumbers that charge hourly, and may not work as fast as possible in order to get more money from every customer, Ian charges a set fee for every job and is up front with you with the price before he starts the work.
